Annapurna Round Trekking

Annapunra round trekking can be one of the good choices in Annapurna region. The classic trek in the Annapurna region is the Annapurna Circuit. The complete circuit has only been possible since the 1980's when the Manang area was officially opened up to the non-Nepal visitors. For an all-round experience of the scenery and cultures of Nepal this trek has a lot to offer. Annapunra round Trekking starts from Besishahar, the lush Marsyangdi valley, that separates Annapurna from that of Manaslu, the scenery is composed of lush cultivated field with dense forest on either side. Annapurna round trek will end to the beautiful city Pokhara. In the winter season, orange trees are laden with fruit and fragrant frangipani blossoms cast their scent along the trails. As you travel higher the valley becomes more rugged until the villages and forest finally give way to the arid hills of Manang. The Thorangla pass at 5416 meters marks the highest point of this trek after which the trail joins the Kali Gandaki River that follows through the deepest gorge on earth. From Thorang La (5416m) pass you will see the beautiful ranges of mountain Annapurnas from the eye level. After the pass you will see another side of ranges of mountains, different culture of thakali people, cultivated fields, the places in Muktinath, Jomsom, Tukuche, Marpha and so on. Annapunra round trekking gives you full satisfaction of two different areas before and after the pass, different people and their cultures. People in mustang region looks like Tibetans.

Itinerary - Annapunra round trekking

Day 01 : Arrival Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel by our Representative. Short briefing for the trip. Check in to the Hotel.O/n Hotel.
Day 02 : After Breakfast Tour in Kathmandu city and preparation for the Trekking. O/n Hotel.
Day 03 : Kathmandu- Besishahar by Bus or Private Coach 6 hrs drive. O/n Hotel.
Day 04 : Besishahar –Bahundanda (Trek 6 hrs). O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 05 : Bahundanda-Chamje. Terk about 5-6 hrs lunch on the way. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 06 : Chamje-Bagarchap. Terk about 5-6 hrs lunch on the way. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 07 : Bagarchap-Chame. Terk about 5-6 hrs lunch on the way. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 08 : Cahme- Pisang. Terk about 5-6 hrs lunch on the way. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 09 : Pisang-Manang. Terk about 5-6 hrs lunch on the way. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 10 : Manang. Free day for accalimatization of hike few hrs to some glaciers. O/n Trekkers Lodge.

Day 12 : Latdar- Throng Phedi.Trek about 4 hrs. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 13 : Throng Phedi - Thorang La (5416m) Pass - Muktinath.Wake up early morning then hike to Thorang La (5416m) pass then again trek down to Muktinath (about 8 hrs trek). O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 14 : Muktinath-Jomsom. About 4-5 hrs trek.On the way lunch. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 15 : Jomsom-Kalopani.About 4-5 hrs trek.On the way lunch. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 16 : Kalopani-Taotpani. About 4-5 hrs trek.On the way lunch.Try hot spring, hot bath. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 17 : Tatopani-Ghorepani.About 6 hrs trek.On the way lunch. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 18 : Ghorepani- Poon hill - Gahndrung.Early morning hike to Poon hill for sunrise view and mountain ranges then back to Hotel, breakfast then trek 5 hrs to Ghandruk. O/n Trekkers Lodge.
Day 19 : Ghandrung Trek to Dhampus then 1 hr drive to Pokhara. O/n Hotel.
Day 20 : Pokhara - Kathmandu (Drive or fly back to Kathmandu)
Day 21 : Kathmandu Free day.O/n Hotel.
Day 22 : Airport Transfer for your final Departure.
